Woohoo! It’s a Project Prowess Giveaway!

I was having a little chat with my beloved Project Prowess Group Coaching program, asking how to bring a little more celebration and confetti to her arrival.

confetti and blue sky

I asked about a giveaway of some sort and she responded with a very enthusiastic yes, which she signaled by hugging the idea like a teddy bear. (You’ll just have to trust me on that.)

So here’s what we came up with.

Who can enter

You, of course!

Party Balloons

The prizes

We’re giving away two seats in the Project Prowess Group Coaching program. And this isn’t a watered down version – this is the full deal.

The two winners will each receive:

  • Four 90-minute group coaching calls (where you’ll learn how to projectize with more ease and enjoyment while making serious progress on your project)
  • The recordings, so you don’t have to worry about missing something we discuss because you’re taking notes
  • Access to the private Facebook page where you can get support and input from me and the other wonderful people in the program
  • The worksheets and workbook which will help you with your current project AND your future projects

But what if I’ve already registered for the program? Can I still enter?

Yes! Absolutely!

If you enter the contest and win, but you’ve already joined the program, you’ll get TWO 30 minute one-on-one project check-in calls with me! (30-minute project check-ins aren’t currently for sale, but if they were, I’d price them at at least $95 apiece.)

Zee rules

I’m guessing you’ve already checked out the group coaching program here and know you want to win a spot. Yes? Good.

1. (This one’s required) If you want to enter the giveaway, leave a comment on this post and tell me (in a short-ish paragraph) why you’d like to win a seat in the program.

You can talk about what you’re trying to create, or where you get stuck, or how you hope this program will change your relationship with projectizing. Or a combination of all three!

There are no wrong answers, and this isn’t an essay competition! I just want to hear a little bit about who you are and what you’re working on business- and project-wise.

That’ll get your name into the metaphorical hat.

2. (Optional) To get a second entry, make sure you’ve joined my newsletter list (aka the Shmorian Society) by signing up here.

If you’re already a member, that counts, too, but you need to comment here so I know you want to enter the giveaway. Your join date needs to be prior to the official close of the contest (2pm Pacific on October 4, 2011).

Whether you win or not, signing up will get you a secret discount code worth quite a few fancy coffee drinks.

3. (Also optional) To get a third entry, help me spread the word about the giveaway!

On Twitter: Tweet a link to this contest page. Be sure to use “@victoriashmoria” in the tweet so I know you shared the link with your followers.

I’ll make it super easy by giving you a couple tweets you can copy and paste, but you’re free to make up your own, too!

  • Oooh! @victoriashmoria’s giving away spots in her projectizing group coaching program! http://bit.ly/nWzwcx
  • Win a spot to work w/ @victoriashmoria & finish a project that will grow your biz! http://bit.ly/nWzwcx
  • Learn how to bring some *prowess* (rowr!) to your projectizing w/ @victoriashmoria – her treat! http://bit.ly/nWzwcx

On Facebook and Google +: Share this page and tag me in the post so I know you shared there! (You might need to friend me/circle me – I promise to reciprocate!)

On your blog, link back to this post (http://www.victoriabrouhard.com/woohoo-its-a-project-prowess-giveaway/).

The regular-sized print

– You can share as many times as you’d like, but you can only win once
– Current and past clients are welcome to enter, as are the folks who are already registered for the program
– Contest ends Tuesday, October 4, at 2pm Pacific/5pm Eastern time
– Winners will be selected via electronic pulling-names-from-a hat
– I’ll notify the winners via email by Wednesday, October 5, and announce them here on the blog by October 6

That’s all there is to it!

Ms. Prowess (that’s my project, but you probably guessed that) and I can’t wait to see who wins, so leave a comment and then start spreading the word about it!

We both thank you muchly for celebrating with us! Best of luck to all who enter!

Dear Ms. Prowess, I would absolutely LOVE to have a spot in your upcoming group program. Here’s the deal, and I haven’t told anybody else this… ever… I’ve got lots of projects and ideas but I get all ADD jumping from one to the other to the other to the other… Sometimes it’s because I worry that it’s not the right project… maybe my customers don’t want that. Sometimes it’s because I get a little bored and something else seems more exciting. Sometimes I have no idea, I just get caught up in other work and forget what I was working on. Please don’t tell my mother because she’ll just be so disappointed… please don’t tell my customers because then they might think I’m human. I don’t want to be human. I want to be super human… can you help?

Oh my gosh. I’m so ready for this program! I’ve got a few projects in various stages of progress.

I’m having a problem finishing my projects. Especially, towards the end of the project. I love the planning and thinking about it part, when it’s just me and the project notebook and/or computer. Then, I start doubting the project.

Then I get ideas in taking business in a new direction. What to do? What to do? Kinda go in circles. :/

I’m already signed up, but I’m happy to help spread the word. Tweeted, Facebooked, and Google+ed.

What scares me the most about my project? The concept, the beginning. I want to teach shivanata to stroke patients. It’s so different than anything I’ve ever done: I’m no teacher! Though I do believe it’s my new path, when I think, “OK, where to start”, my mind goes blank. Frozen. I know that your PPP is going to help me with most of the steps to get ‘er going, but I’d like to win the extra 30-minute sessions because I’m paranoid I’ll get justhtatclose to the end and still have a little ways to go. And THAT, my monsters gleefully declare will be the moment it all sinks into the bay and I have to go back to my QA job staring at websites and going not-so-quietly insane.

    Pick me! Pick me!

Ooh! Pick me! *waves hand madly in air*
I could really use either a hand up or a kick in the butt to get my teaching projects done so I can… er… SELL them? :)
It’s that taking the business to the next level where it’s able to sustain itself that’s got me stuck. I’m tired of being stuck! I’m stuck at the “almost finished” stage of apparently everything, and there’s always a new shiny to go look at… HELP!

I’ve had this page open in my browser (which re-opens tabs each time i close it) for however long it’s been since I got the email about this.. Much like my projects, I took it a paragraph a day, pretty much, because that’s where I am right now.

I’ve recently jumped on a donkey and started a new blog to help support me through my MSc and I think i’m in need of focus help. I want it to be useful for others too; but haven’t found the way yet. I’m stuck, and not sure how to find my way around.

I’d love to be entered for this, and shall tweet it around as well :)

Helloooooo Victoria! Hellooooo everybody that’s joining! Can’t wait for the group coaching thing to start! (Hi to everyone that already commented. I hope you sign up because I can’t wait for us to do our magics together). The thing I want to create/develop in the 4 weeks of group coaching is an Aardvark Essentials Potion-Thing for 2012… I can’t say too much about it because it’s top secret until I announce it, but I am very excited and could really use the accountability and help and support that invariably comes from having a small group of committed and smart people working together… not to mention your coaching skills, Victoria, which have already helped me with so many things. Yay! Can’t wait!

    Dear Victoria-
This project intrigues me because I am of the variety that was moving along, involved in my project, and things were going alright. Never really took off. But now, I find myself knotted up, seemingly unable to make adjustments required to expand my field. Spending money on required certification courses, and not having any resultant increase in my passion. Some of it might be attributed to our economy, and market saturation, but I also have a feeling that I am, or am becoming, my own worst enemy. I have to get out of my way, or give a hand to help myself along. Can you help with that type of situation? I’d say, I’m spinning my wheels and stuck in a low gear!
    Thanks, Sylvia

I started a blog this summer, and it’s supposed to be daily, but that’s been really hard to commit to. I have other projects that I have discarded along the way, but I’d really like to get used to committing to something and seeing it through! I feel like if I get through one thing, then the next one will be that much easier to do…especially when it comes to getting through the rough patches where I think “Maybe this isn’t worth it after all”
I would love to do this!

  9. Eleanor

Hello All! I have three tiny sweet things that all seem to be raising their hands at the moment, wanting to come into the world — so I would love to have the help of Ms. Prowess and Victoria as I welcome one of them into the light! I definitely tend to get really bogged down in the space between bright shiny idea and actual offering, so I would love to have the support of this class to help my momentum!
    xo to all!

By the conclusion of Project Prowess, I will have something to put in that little Website field that’s always available when I post comments on blogs. I am really excited and scared and hopeful and terrified, all at once. I tend to be a perfectionist to the point where I have a reallly hard time starting things. I love Victoria’s micro-steps approach. Victoria, I would love the opportunity to work one on one with you for a couple reasons: 1) I’ve never worked with you one on one before and would like to see what it’s like, and 2) I do really well when I am affirmed/nurtured/encouraged and then also challenged. My experience in the Thing Finding class was very affirming and encouraging, which set the stage beautifully for me to challenge myself to actually work on Thing Finding. I totally look forward to Project Prowess! So great to see some of the other folks who will be participating.

Oooh, this is exciting! Love it Ms Prowess! I’m right in the middle of a few projects at the moment and have lots of ideas. This is the good bit! I’m a holistic Kinesiologist (a kind of energy work) and my projects are about creating energetic alignment … one of the projects is creating a kit and it’s soo close to being done, my blocks seem to be about a) finishing and b) sharing it! I also have a product I created earlier this year (which was about aligning your energy to attract more clients) and that went really well (35 people signed up for the tele-class series, which amazed me!) and I want to share it as a home study – but seem to be letting minor technical type issues seem much bigger than they actually are and hold me back. Or something. Of course there must be something underneath that! Thanks for the opportunity to enter your fabulous comp :)

Hi Victoria! I’d love a spot in your program. I watched you develop it through Pam’s Power Teaching class and thought that it was a great idea. I am always a person with projects. And I definitely need help moving some of them along. I am great and helping OTHER people launch their programs, but need support for myself. Classic case of “the cobbler’s children have no shoes.” I have some really great things in the works that I would like to bring to light and make success. Since I’m managing not only my client’s projects, but my own, the support would be crucial. One of my upcoming projects is developing a series of training materials for people who sign up for the premium version of my Smooth Operations course. Looking forward to working with you!
