Cancellations
Coaching Sessions
If you must cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Your session time is reserved for you, and you are responsible for full payment for any session canceled, missed, or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.
Classes
Unless otherwise stated, if a class will have a recording available, no refunds will be given if it turns out you can’t attend live.
If the class you’ve signed up for is designed for live participation, and therefore won’t have a recording, tuition is refundable up to 7 days prior to the start date. Tuition is non-refundable if you cancel less than one week prior to the beginning of a class.
The minute we got on the phone together, Victoria calmed me down. She had a way of clearing away the junk so I didn’t keep getting worked up into a panic. I came away from our sessions with a clear path to what I wanted to create. Instead of avoidance and procrastination, I had an action plan.
